Raymond Boumoussa has enjoyed 35 years in the construction industry in both Australia and abroad. Prior to GJ, Raymond operated one of Sydney's largest form work companies with over 220+ employees delivering over 1,500 apartments annually for major Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders across New South Wales. Raymond's vast knowledge and experience is a major asset which has contributed to the success of GJ. He is personally involved across all GJ projects to ensure we continually exceed our clients expectations. Raymond is an excellent mentor to the GJ team and invests a "hands on" approach to assist all project stakeholders deliver a successful outcome no matter how big or small the project.
George Boumoussa has successfully established offices in Sydney and Dubai where he has been involved in commercial, industrial, high rise, civil and residential projects. George has executed a quality portfolio of residential projects across Sydney, on both small and large scale, delivering construction projects in Bondi Junction, St Peters, Eastwood, Ryde, Gordon, Liverpool, Asquith and Campbelltown. George is responsible for managing the day-to-day affairs for GJ and providing clients with uncompromising support throughout the entire building process. He is committed to building high quality, cost effective and sustainable buildings, safely and on time.
Jimmy Boumoussa is responsible for managing the GJ team. He is responsible for planning and directing staff, managing ISO compliance to ensure the company is continually operating in accordance with our certified Integrated Management System (IMS). His role entails daily enforcement of Quality, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures across all GJ projects and business operations, as well as managing overall finance and working across all functions of the business allowing GJ objectives to be successfully met.
Rita Harb has extensive skills in business and has a broad scope to her work. She deals with GJs commercial matters, legal matters, human resources, marketing, training and business development. Rita oversees day to day operations within the business and identifies opportunity to capture new processes and business procedures. She is involved in developing and managing cross functional teams with a variety of skills and experience, as well as identifying and mitigating risk involved in business. Rita holds a Bachelor of Law, a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing and Management, and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2015 to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
