Raymond Boumoussa has enjoyed 35 years in the construction industry in both Australia and abroad. Prior to GJ, Raymond operated one of Sydney's largest form work companies with over 220+ employees delivering over 1,500 apartments annually for major Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders across New South Wales. Raymond's vast knowledge and experience is a major asset which has contributed to the success of GJ. He is personally involved across all GJ projects to ensure we continually exceed our clients expectations. Raymond is an excellent mentor to the GJ team and invests a "hand on" approach to assist all project stakeholders deliver a successful outcome no matter how big or small the project.
George Boumoussa has successfully established offices in Sydney and Dubai where he has been involved in commercial, industrial, high rise, civil and residential development projects. In 2013, George established GJ and as Managing Director he has grown the company steadily into a respectable managing contractor with a quality portfolio of residential projects across Sydney, on both small and large scale construction where he has since executed a healthy pipeline of residential projects across Ryde, Gordon, Liverpool, Asquith, Campbelltown and Wollongong. George is responsible for managing GJs day-to-day affairs and providing clients with uncompromising support throughout the entire building process. He is committed to building high quality, cost effective and sustainable buildings, safely and on time.
Elias McGrath has extensive skills in development, construction and finance, working with top tier international property development, construction and private equity real estate investment companies. Elias held Senior Management positions with Meriton, Private Equity Real Estate Firms including Lend Lease, Multiplex and Mirvac where he has been responsible for the day-to-day development process from DD/acquisition, planning, design, finance, marketing, sales, construction and settlement. Elias holds a Masters of Construction Project Management from the University of NSW, Advanced Diplomas in Building and Quantity Surveying.
Jimmy Boumoussa is responsible for GJ's ISO compliance to ensure the company is continually operating in accordance with our certified Integrated Management System (IMS). His role entails daily enforcement of Quality, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures across all GJ projects and business operations.
Rita Habambo manages the company's performance strategies, industrial relations, policy development and implementation, employee on-boarding and training. She is responsible for managing the companies commercial matters, human resources, training and IT. Rita holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing and Management.
